Manufacturing EngineerAssembly.

**Requirement and activities**:
Automotive Industry Experience
Create/Modify Documentation (VWI, Visual Aid, Maintenance Autonomous, etc)
Design, document, verify/validate and implement assembly fixtures
Perform line setup, line balancing and build time studies
PFMEA & Control Plan development, APQP
Oversee initial product builds (engineering units, pilot units, process validation units) and coordinate a smooth transfer of new products into production;
Develop and implement lean processes to manufacture new products
Perform process validations including generating protocols and reports
Assess supplier processes and assist in the supplier selection process
Experienced in modern manufacturing principles and techniques (automated/interlocked processes)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Conversational English
