- Your key responsibilities:
- This R2R Role support Ecuador Accounting and Reporting to Global. Information input form part of Novartis worldwide results.
- This function will require connecting with Ecuador local team, CFO and Service Hub in India and Mexico in order to report financials.
- This position has high exposure internally and externally as results are reviewed globally and through local audits.

**Minimum requirements**
- Solid verbal and written English skills
- Education: University level degree in Accountant.
- Experience: 6 years
- Demonstrate ability to work optimally in a multi-national, matrix organization.
- SAP knowledge
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Project Management exposure advantageous.
- The position requires a self-driven, diligent, compliance mindset.
