Amphenol designs, manufactures, and markets: electrical, electronic, and fiber optic connectors; coaxial and flat-ribbon cables; and interconnect systems.**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for process evaluation and quotation of new project;
- Responsible for new product process design, prepare for Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, participate in Quality Control Plan, DFMEA;
- Responsible for new product assembly process design and introduction, process flow design and verification, fixture design and verification, process parameter design and verification;
- Responsible for DFM confirmation of new product design in R&D department and provide reference in design phase;
- Responsible for improving production yield and efficiency, reducing scrap rate through process improvement and standardization;
- Responsible for cause analysis in manufacturing process and customer feedback, take corrective or preventive measures, lead implementation for defective products;
- Assist to train technicians and staff;
- Responsible for the evaluation of new technology in assembly.

**Requirements**:

- More than 6 years working experience in PCBA assembly industry, proficient in production process and equipment, such as automatic soldering machine, automatic screw machine, wire harness machining, low pressure injection molding, Hotbar, ultrasonic welding, etc;
- Familiar with product process development and verification, familiar with change management process;
- Automotive electronics experience(Tier 1 preferred)
- Knowledge VDA6.3, IATF16949,
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical manufacturing and design or electronics
