Nos encontramos en búsqueda de personal para laborar como **Technical Support Engineer,**cuyas principales funciones son:

- Troubleshooting de problemas técnicos con clientes, incluyendo debuggeo, redes y monitoreo de infraestructura.
- Generar y actualizar documentación, incluyendo playbooks
- Encontrar el problema de raíz y mejorar la soportabilidad de los productos trabajando con el equipo de desarrollo de producto.
- Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de los clientes con la plataforma tecnológica de Cosmocolor; implementación de nuevas herramientas de investigación y resolución de problemas
- Trabajar con el área de ingeniería para encontrar formas de mejorar el producto.
- Entender los problemas del cliente y abogar por sus necesidades con equipos cros funcionales.
- Punto de contacto entre Mesa de Servicios y Desarrollo.
- Rutear casos a soporte Nível 1 (casos que debe de atender mesa de servicios)
- Documentar playbooks para solución de incidentes.
- Troubleshooting de casos de soporte
- Revisión de bitácoras / métricas de infraestructura de software y hardware
- Revisión de proceso de release de versiones
- Ruteo del caso a soporte Nível 3 (infraestructura o desarrollo)
- Generar Feature Requests a Desarrollo e infraestructura para la corrección de bugs.
- Contribuir a la generación de herramientas para la solución de casos frecuentes.
- Análisis de causa raíz de incidentes mayores.
- Contribuir a la generación y seguimiento de post-mortems
- Solicitar la generación de métricas de monitoreo a infraestructura.
- Seguimiento de casos de soporte, participación en Post Mortems.

- Disminución de tickets a desarrollo
- Herramientas generadas
- Tiempo total de solución de incidentes mayores
- Tiempo inicial de respuesta a incidentes mayores.
- # FR generados a Desarrollo.

**Experiência**
- Conocimiento de redes (principales protocolos, puertos) Protocolo HTTP, DNS Troubleshooting de sistemas web. Soporte al cliente.
- Programación en algún lenguaje (C#, java, javascript, Python)
