**Marketing Director**

We are seeking an **organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Director** to join our team at **Marina Bay Yacht & Residence Club **in **Puerto Aventuras**. with experience in the tourism industry to lead our team and drive business growth in Puerto Aventuras. This role is ideal for a natural leader who excels in managing teams, building relationships, and creating strategies to meet marketing and sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and organize in-person marketing efforts to attract clients.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Develop strategies to boost engagement and increase sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English** (essential)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- **Must live in Puerto Aventuras or nearby areas and have own transportation**
