**BDR Busines Development Representative**
Objetivo del puesto: mejorar el crecimiento de la empresa mediante la identificación y el contacto inicial con los clientes potenciales
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciaturo en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios, Ing. Sistemas o a fin
- Experiência en empresas B2B
- Es un plus si cuentas con experiência en empresas de software
- Gusto por la tecnología
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y resolutivas
**Habilidades**:
- Persona dinámica, proactiva con iniciativa.
- Alto sentido de responsabilidad y cumplimiento
- Capacidad de análisis
- Puntual
- Organización
- Trabajo en equipo
- Manejor CRM, deseable hubspot
- Altas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
- Representar a IMR en diferentes eventos.
- Recuperar cuentas pérdidas o pausadas.
- Asistir y difundir eventos realizados por la compañía para la generación de demanda.
- Programar reuniones con prospectos
- Reportar semanalmente rendimiento de prospección y cuentas calificadas en MQL
- Coordinar con otros departamentos (customer success y comercial) reuniones para cuentas calificadas
- Generar reuniones para generar partnerships
- Monitoreo y seguimiento de de prospectos y cuentas asignadas al equipo
- Seguimiento de leads generados en conferencias, workshops, prospección por herramientas de inteligencia comercial (sales navigator, zoominfo)
