**Global Finance Coordinator**

**Main Purpose**

The main purpose of this position is to to be responsible for leading a COE for all headcount, compensation & benefits, and T&E planning across the Global and Corporate functions. Manage a compensation and benefits planning tool that will enable centralization of all headcount and compensation planning and forecasting (as opposed to a highly decentralized approach where each team handles separately today). We will be driving a more automated, exception-based planning planning forecast to improve consistency.

**Accountabilities**
- Effectively manage team for Corporate & Global GBS for Comp & Benefits and T&E planning, delivering excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s.
- Developing standardized practices across headcount planning to ensure consistency and accuracy across functions
- Support transformation agenda through enhancements around planning, forecasting, and reporting of Comp & Benefits across all functions
- Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast
- Coordinate with the function finance team on the bottom up AOP process for Comp & Benefits.
- Close out monthly actuals from payroll and post to function cost centers, partner with HR and function finance on assumptions on any updates to headcount, which could include anticipated vacancies, changes in roles / levels, or standing up new teams.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong FP&A skills and experience in forecasting and planning cycles
- Experience with planning tools (HFEM, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, TM1 - Cognos)
- Teamwork and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports)
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
