LATAM Sales - Finance CoordinatorJoin the K Family in Queretaro as LATAM Sales - Finance Coordinator. This position will play a key role in bringing together insights from various teams to build models, deal frameworks and ROI analysis supporting various investments across our businesses. Responsibilities will include leading the deal reviews, financial modeling, market analysis, customer insight and business planning. This position will also help support the target setting, budgeting, and monthly performance management for the Business development team.This position reports to a LATAM Category & Innovation Sr Finance Manager.Has important stakeholders such as Commercial finance, HFS and Marketing areas among other.sThis position is located in Queretaro, Mexico, in a hybrid mode.A Taste of What You’ll Be DoingSupport and provide FP&A group with all financial information including communication of budget, forecast, month and quarter-end performance analysis etc.Add commercial commentary to business analysis, prepare and present finding and suggestions at board level, as well as drive disciplined development of financial business cases to effectively evaluate resource allocations and trade-offs.Act as a Business Partner for commercial area working closely with business leadership on identifying commercial growth opportunities, future product development priorities, pricing and over-all go-to-market strategies, leading and managing a Revenue FP&A organization to deliver high-value insights to the business, identifying needed operational and organizational improvements.Drive product revenue, gross profit, operating expense, and inventory planning assumptions in partnership with channel leadership, merchandising, planning, and customer insights.Your Recipe for SuccessBachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance/Business related.Demonstrate techn Previous experience in budgeting, accounting Finance Experience or similar; at least 12 years in different finance positions; managerial experience required.Understanding of the Commercial & Marketing project lifecycle in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer goods Companies).English proficiency - Capable of maintaining business conversations.Strong analytical skills, decision quality, as well as accountable and results driver.Strong PC, Excel and other reporting and financial tools, knowledge.What’s NextAbout KellanovaKellanova is a leading company in global snacking, international cereal and noodles, plant-based foods, and North America frozen breakfast, and a portfolio of iconic, world-class brands, including Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats, MorningStar Farms, Incogmeato, Gardenburger, Nutri-Grain, RXBAR, and Eggo.
