**HCM Oracle Functional Payroll - Consultant**

ArganoNorthPoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert-level support and guidance on payroll-related issues within the HCM Cloud environment, and work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. You will also play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of payroll-related systems and processes.

**Work you will do with ArganoNorthPoint**:

- Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on payroll-related issues within the HCM Cloud environment
- Work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs
- Participate in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of payroll-related systems and processes
- Provide payroll support to clients, including processing payroll, reconciling payroll reports, and resolving payroll-related issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll-related processes
- Provide training and support to end-users on payroll-related systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to payroll and HCM Cloud technology
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
- Manage support team and clients’ activities.
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Expert-level knowledge of HCM Cloud payroll processes and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred
- Languages
- Spanish
- English - High (mandatory)
