**Oracle HCM****Essential Qualifications****Responsibilities**:- Understand the complete HR process- Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.- Requirement gathering, preparing understanding documents, efforts estimation and writing functional specifications- Conduct workshops for business requirements / fit-gap / keep-drop/ As-Is- Conduct delta presentations / CRP (Conference Room Pilots) sessions- Functional Design, Configuration and Unit Testing in ERP HCM- Create and modify functional specification documents- Prepare documentation of functional specification and configuration details- Should have experience in security setup- Should have experience in building interfaces and reports- Deliverable tracking and monitoring the milestones- Manage & track team’s work- Manage stakeholder’s expectations- Should be able to perform as an independent contributor as well as to lead a Team- Should be able to work closely with Customer to gather requirements- & provide solutions- Should be able to Drive Discovery, Design, Architect, SIT/UAT, Go-live and support phases- Identify business requirements and map them to the ERP HCM functionality- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them- Develop end-user documentation and training materials- Deliver end-user training- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology**The Role offers**:- Opportunity to interact with Customer technical team on need basis- Develop HCM skills and learn different module in ERP HCM- Build good working relationship with Customer and other stakeholders- Exposure to team management- An outstanding opportunity to learn new HCM modules**Essential Skills**:- Good understanding of HCM process- Should have knowledge and experience on the respective technology platform- Self-driven, ability to work independently and drive actions to conclusion- Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders- Core HR**Functional**:- Knowledge on organization structure configuration like legal employer, Business unit, Department and location.- Knowledge on how the association maintained between legal employer and worker, And how it’s got impacted by the transaction like Hire, promotion, job change, Salary change, Global transfer, Termination and rehire.- Knowledge on how the data hiding achieved at legal employer or business unit level, So the job, grade, etc used in one Legal employer or business unit not shared across the enterprise.- Knowledge on absence type, absence plan and absence accruals- Knowledge on how absence plan works for retro leaves.- Knowledge on how the association maintained between worker and payroll statutory unit, Tax reporting unit, And how it’s got impacted by the transaction like transfer and termination.- Knowledge on Payroll Period, Earning and deduction element configuration, Calculation card, Balances and it’s dimensions.- Knowledge on Ad Hoc payroll processing filtered based on department or location or custom conditions.**Technical**:- Knowledge on extending the predefined entities using Descriptive and extensive flex fields.- Knowledge on data model of Employment, Work relationship and payroll relationship etc, And how the effective dated history of records are maintained.- Absence- Knowledge on absence entry validation and accrual fast formula- Knowledge on absence data models- Payroll- Knowledge on element entry fast formula- Knowledge on data model of Payroll configuration and payroll run result.**Other Technical**:- HDL - To do a mass create or update of employment record, Absence balance adjustment, Element entry, payroll balance adjustment etc- HDL - Inbound transformation fast formula- HCM Extract- Knowledge on building full or delta outbound extract- Knowledge on Predefined user entities and database items, custom extract fast formula- BI Publisher - Knowledge on building custom data model, transformation template.- Workflow - Promotion, Change salary etc.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Trabajo remoto.Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
