**This position reports to**:
HR Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic team responsible for the company's compensation and benefits programs. Each day, you will manage annual compensation processes, ensuring fair and competitive salary adjustments, and implement annual bonus programs (AIP) aligned with organizational goals. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining strong relationships with benefits providers, negotiating contracts, and administering the ABB stock plan (ESAP) to maximize employee engagement and satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Services function in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensure annual salary increases and bonus implementations are fair, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives. - Maintain and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services. - Oversee and develop a high-performing compensation and benefits team, fostering collaboration and conflict resolution. - Work closely with HRBP, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams to align compensation strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven experience in managing annual salary increases and bonus implementations, ensuring they are fair, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong ability to maintain and negotiate relationships with benefits providers to secure high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing and developing a high-performing compensation and benefits team, with a focus on fostering collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, working closely with HRBP, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams to align compensation strategies with business goals.
- Workday management and experience as an asset
