HR Global Operations Lead

We are hiring a **HR Global Operations Lead**toplay a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across global HR service delivery. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end process design, documentation, and optimization initiatives within the HR support function. This person will ensure alignment with global standards, compliance requirements, and business needs while fostering a culture of efficiency, quality, and customer-centricity.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR support processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management), ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with global HR strategy. Maintain employee qualification databases, coordinate in-plant training, and deliver sessions or assessments as needed.- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, CoEs, and HR Technology teams to ensure process alignment and integration. Act as a liaison between global and regional HR support teams to promote consistent execution and effective feedback loops.- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR support processes in partnership with leadership. Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.- Support change initiatives by assessing process impacts, updating documentation, and communicating changes to stakeholders. Ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades, policy changes, or organizational transformations.Ensure HR processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
