The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard high-potential sellers, guiding them through their growth journey.
- Manage seller relationships via calls, messages, and community engagement.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and operational support to maximize seller performance.
- Develop scalable incubation strategies and implement data-driven solutions to boost sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance seller experience.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in seller growth, account management, or e-commerce operations.
- Fluency in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Mexico’s e-commerce landscape, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
