**Responsibilities**:Our E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products, and systems to ensure quality. Responsibilities: - Focus on preventing intellectual property rights infringement and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency of the IPR program. - Create and enhance content policies, processes, and frameworks to minimize IPR risk from a proactive and reactive governance approach. - Identify gaps, loopholes, and deficiencies in content policy, process, and metrics, and initiate projects to improve quality across the IPR program. - Work closely with our moderation and vendor teams to improve quality metrics. - Implement and enhance proactive monitoring programs, review quality metrics, and investigate reports to minimize counterfeit risk on the platform. - Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure IPR protection is enforced across TikTok Shop. - Conduct training to educate XFN teams about IPR policies and processes. - Define operational metrics and signals, collect data and segmentation analysis to minimize IPR risk on the platform, and build dashboards to monitor various aspects of IPR risk effectively and efficiently while creating scalable solutions across TikTok Shop. - Manage High-Priority escalations to ensure bad actor behavior is caught and handled in a timely manner.**Qualifications**:Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor degree. - 3+ years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs - Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role. - Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve results. - Ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
