Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Finance Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Information Technology Manager, the Jr Finance Analyst role will assist in financial support activities, financial consolidation, and provide analytical insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports.
- Provide support in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Assist in capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis and tracking, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support internal financial audits.
- Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems, specifically using OneStream, to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS in Finance, economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Junior experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and consolidation practices.
- Experience with database queries is a plus (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
