NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a **Senior** **GenAI Analyst** to work **remotely**with our global client. Preferred locations are Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, or Peru.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions and use cases.
- Design and implement GenAI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP-to-SQL, and conversational assistants using platforms like OpenAI and Gemini.
- Develop and fine-tune AI models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Optimize data workflows with strong SQL expertise, managing complex queries, database integration, and data manipulation.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure tools (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics) for scalable AI solutions and model deployment.
- Implement CI/CD practices and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
- Communicate findings and strategies in English, ensuring clarity in technical and business discussions.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience identifying use cases and designing GenAI solutions.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on experience developing and fine-tuning GenAI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP-to-SQL models, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
- Demonstrated experience in building real-world solutions such as conversational assistants using platforms like OpenAI and Gemini
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions with business users and the technical expertise to model and implement the identified use cases.
- Proficiency in Python and core libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven experience in building, validating, deploying, and monitoring predictive models and algorithms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases, complex queries, data manipulation, and integration tasks.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
