Objective of the position
- Develop plans strategies, trainings, and targets in the Engineering Change Coordinators area in order to accomplish the KPI for the plant, manage the technical resources and lead the people in the departments.
Principal activities
- Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a
short or medium-range time frame
- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is
compliance with it
- Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the
HR department and the supervisor
- Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
- Cooperate in developing concepts and implementing measures for improvement to optimize the processes for developing products and/or equipment
- Assure compliance with and implementation of guidelines relevant for developing products, equipment and/or services (e.g. company goals, divisional goals, quality requirements, customer wishes, legal guidelines, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials Engineers, Productivity or Related.
- Language: English, Advanced Level
- Relevant experience: Automotive industry, Personal Management, Change Management, Implementation, Product and process development, Set Up
- Industry: Automotive
- Technical knowledge: Norma IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001-2015 / OHSAS 1800, Statical tools, Problem solving Tools, SPC, Core tools, Safety product
