Head of Brand and Creative Design Position Summary: Our partner, a digital media organization with a portfolio of subscription based brands, is seeking a seasoned Head of Brand and Creative Design to unify the creative vision, identity, and design systems that shape its customer experience. In this role, you’ll define the creative heartbeat of a multi-brand digital network where visuals, copy, and user psychology come together to drive growth. You’ll translate a clear founder vision into a repeatable, data informed design framework that makes every thumbnail, ad, page, and campaign feel intentional and on brand. You’ll refine and elevate content into emotionally resonant assets that convert, reduce executive bottlenecks, and ensure consistency across channels. Expect to shadow leadership early, capture the brand’s emotional DNA, and set the bar for quality while building scalable, intuitive workflows that designers and marketers love using. Experience and Education: 10+ years leading brand, design, or creative direction in digital first media, entertainment, e-commerce, or other high-frequency content environments. Track record building visual identity systems and enterprise-wide design playbooks. Hands‑on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong grounding in UI and UX principles tied to engagement and conversion. Comfort using performance data to steer creative decisions. Bonus: streaming, DTC, or brand‑unification experience. Shadow leadership early to absorb brand philosophy and emotional triggers. Define brand identity and creative DNA across multiple network brands. Ensure consistent look, feel, and tone across web, mobile, ads, social, and merch. Set creative standards that balance artistry with commercial performance. Serve as the unified voice for creative feedback across teams. Elevate studio outputs into on‑brand, emotionally resonant assets. Build cross‑channel workflows and review cycles with design, copy, and marketing. Integrate AI tools for ideation, iteration, and brand consistency checks. Analyze creative performance and close the loop between data and design direction. Optimize messaging and imagery through experimentation. Mentor designers and copywriters to think conceptually, not just executively. Reduce reliance on executive intervention by codifying standards and quality bars. Partner with marketing to improve campaigns, landing pages, and promo assets. Advocate for better “raw materials” from the studio to match brand emotion.
