What you'll do
- You will report to the Senior Manager of software development to contribute towards maintaining and assisting the standardized use of CSG products to increase client satisfaction and operational efficiencies
- Communicate risks and roadblocks throughout all phases of the project
- Understand the needs and identify solutions to achieve their team goals
- Implement client solutions through product launches, configuration changes, and data modifications
- You will work with client contacts and internal team members to meet our client needs
- You will collaborate with the team in database and relational database design

You should have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or the equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 3 years of technical and functional experience in RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and Message Queues
- 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, SQL, and analytics software such as Google Analytics
- Experience in CRM, Billing, Order Management Systems, configuration or upgrade projects
