- **SDLC Oversight**: Responsible for the entire development and support activity from solutioning to production, including development and maintenance of software projects.
- **Strategy Leadership**: Build, lead, and direct the software house strategy to achieve business goals and deliver high-quality software.

- **Lifecycle Management**: Oversee all delivery and support life cycles, including solution design, construction, testing, deployment, migration, security, and post-go-live support (L2 & L3).
- **Operation Management**: Partner with OSL on key activities such as major incidents support, problem management, internal and external audits.

Additionally, the DevOps Leader is accountable for delivering operationally ready software, promoting continuous improvement, fostering a DevOps culture, driving innovation, eliminating waste, managing Scrum teams, safeguarding the team, fostering synergies, developing training plans, rotating team members, conducting performance evaluations, cultivating the next generation of leaders, utilizing Tech RADAR and upskilling, coaching teams to be self-organizing and cross-functional, collaborating with DSE/POs, ensuring agile principles are implemented, striving towards CI/CD practices, working closely with the account DevSecOps Coach, understanding scope breakdown, helping teams create high-value products, ensuring vision, goals, and scope are understood, verifying estimations, planning and executing PI Planning, resource planning/forecasting, risk management, RCA and retrospection of PI, effort tracking of Epic, facilitating scrum teams, sharing Epic progress, ensuring testing readiness, developing production deployment strategies, ensuring operation readiness, conducting retrospectives, and performing quality checks, RCA & LL

**All you need is...**:

- Proven experience in CI/CD and MS areas, including Configuration Management and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus), in designing complex solutions based on Automation Tools and Deployment on common cloud computing platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure and/or GCP, etc.), skilled with several third party tools (e.g. Postgres, Cassandra, Helm, Groovy, Nagios, Liquidbase, Couchbase)
- 2-3 years of Leading experience
- 4-5 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code, including one or more tools - CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terragrunt and Terraform
- Script development experience of 4-5 years + IT experience in one of the common languages (Python, Groovy, Bash)
- Deep understanding and experience in DevOps ecosystem and IT operation systems
- Hands on experience in build, release, deployment and monitoring of cloud-based scalable distributed systems
- Rich experience in infrastructure / foundations / IT for at least 5-6 years, working in an agile development environment
- Experience designing & implementing TLS, and Load balancing and High availability for cluster/Hybrid production-like environments
