**In R&D IT we have a large number of the DevOps**Project & service teams who engineer a range of products.Those teams are empowered to make decisions but also are given central guidance and artefacts to support their progression and engineering standards.As the engineering project lead you will be responsible for building on existing guidance as well as creating new artefacts.**Key Tasks**- Lead the content definition and adoption of our DevOps maturity framework- Define engineering standards such as common coding standards and security standards.working on ways for teams to adopt these such as templating and automating into our DevOps tooling stack- Be a product lead for our DevOps dashboards; including the build of new enhancements and the adoption within teams- Lead cross-team process improvement, taking into account compliance constraints such as GxP for some teams- Define a documentation strategy for technical documentation (markdown, docs-like-code, confluences, etc)- Own the documentation of DevOps processes in R&D IT via our existing playbook**Skills & experience**- Have worked as an Engineer previously- Show passion and experience in technical standards and documentation- Deep knowledge of the DevOps methodology and enterprise adoption- Experience in metrics definition, generation and use**Nice to have**- Worked in a Pharma or healthcare setting
