Sales Regional Coordinator

Responsibilities Continuous development of information tools to provide high-level solutions and business selling stories.
- Train the sales and marketing team in the use of available tools and how to use the insights to develop actionable sales strategies and tactics.
- Attend Sales meetings to impart performance standards to Merchandisers and Sellers.
- Ensure the implementation of planograms by category and client.
- Ensure the distribution and placement of new products in the trade.
- Develop fact-based presentations by sales channels to support key business initiatives across all channels
- Visiting clients regularly to conduct follow-up audits, analysis, recommendations and presentations to clients by category.
- Build relationships with customers by providing objectives, information, insights of the category and the value-added market, supporting the management of the sales team..
- Lead setting coordinators in the implementation of planograms.
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category

**Qualifications**:

- BBA - Business Administration, marketing, or related field.
- Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Consumer oriented
