PROJECT TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS
- SLA's
- ServiceNow
- ITIL
- Confluence

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with ServiceNow incidents that are automatically generated or raised by end user
- Following detailed workflows outlined on confluence
- Escalating cases to client
- Validating data on websites of financial organizations (ability to understand what macroeconomic category certain data may relate to)
- Working with case sensitive data under tight SLA's Escalating to L2 team when in unknown space (unable to follow outlined workflow)
- Participating in Incident and Change Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support is a must
- Experience with Ticketing systems
- Strong ability to communicate with external users
- Experience in Financial / Banking Companies is required
- Highly skilled in English communication B2+ level or upper is required
- Stress resistance
- Ability to work under pressure
- High motivation

- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
