We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Ops Manager Credit Services:
El propósito del puesto es tomar decisiones relacionadas con el proceso, con el fin de asegurar se cumpla con las políticas y normas aplicables, así como los controles requeridos para mitigar los riesgos implícitos del proceso. Administrar los recursos para dar servicio de manera eficiente a los segmentos que atendemos y el área Legal. Dentro de sus obligaciones están identificar áreas de oportunidad y establecer estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo en tiempos de respuesta, calidad y productividad del equipo

Requirements

Impacto en el negocio (Completar 3-4 áreas)
- Asegurar un servicio eficiente y de calidad en las actividades del área.
- Realizar evaluaciones del flujo de trabajo de la distribución de responsabilidades.
- Crear estrategias y planes de trabajo con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas establecidas previamente.
- Asegurar que los miembros del área realicen sus actividades de acuerdo a las políticas y manuales establecidos.
- Estar al corriente y cumplir con normas y reglamentaciones aplicables al área.

Clientes / Accionistas [Completar 3-4 áreas)
- Segmento CMB, LLC ISB
- Jurídico Central
- Segmento CMB, GB y Private Banking y GB y BP

Liderazgo & Trabajo en equipo [Completar 3-4 áreas)
- Evaluar desempeño del personal cargo
- Promover la multifuncionalidad de los asesores del área.
- Promover capacitación para el personal del área que ayude a mejorar el desarrollo y la productividad
- Auditorias
- Contribuir con el área de Riesgos a fin de estar alineados al proceso

Efectividad Operacional y Control (Completar 3-4 áreas)
- QA contratos elaborados por FD
- Medición de capacidad instalada del área
- Seguimiento a observaciones y recomendaciones de Auditorias.
- Retroalimentación constante con los miembros de equipo
