Contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura alienada a los valores de la compañía, dar soporte y gestión de planes de desarrollo a nível operativo y comercial; alienado a la estrategia del negocio y contribuyendo al logro de objetivos de la empresa.

**RESPONSABILIDADES FUNDAMENTALES DEL PUESTO**:

- Diseñar y/o Modificar planes de estudios para la certificación de puestos de planes de estudio.
- Mantener y hacer cumplir el proceso de certificación de competencias para el área de operaciones y comercial.
- Mantener el control de los registros físicos y electrónicos del avance de las certificaciones de puesto (exámenes, listas de asistencia, diplomas, constancias, etc.)
- Administrar matriz de habilidades con soporte del área de operaciones.
- Elaborar la DNC en conjunto con el área de operaciones y validar el cumplimiento del mismo.
- Diseñar programa de inducción en puesto de trabajo.
- Gestionar de proveedores y gastos.
- Cumplimiento legal ante STPS en relación a capacitación.
- Soporte en atención a Auditorias (Internas y Externas).
- Dar soporte en activaciones, comunicación e iniciativas direccionadas por People & Culture (Regional y Global)

- Plantas de manufactura
- Capacitación técnica
- Coordinar equipo de entrnadores técnicos
- Dearrollar planes de capacitación
- Cultura, DE&I y Comunicación Interna
- Gestión de proyectos

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura Termianda (Psicología, Educación, Comunicaión, Administración, Ingeniería o Afín)
- Inglés (Intermedio / Avanzado)
- Facilidad de palabra, toma de decisiones, trabajo en equipo.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
