**Salesforce Developer Sr - Remote, MTY**:
We are looking for a **Salesforce Developer Sr** with at least **4-5 years of experience**, participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role focuses on **Salesforce development, configuration, and customization**, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.

- Develop components using **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript**.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Strong experience in **Salesforce Development (4+ years)**.

- Hands-on expertise in **Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript**.

- Experience in **code debugging and solution analysis**.

- Familiarity with **integrations, Git, and CI/CD** (nice to have).

- Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).

- Salesforce certifications such as:

- **Platform App Builder**
- **Platform Developer I**
- (Other Salesforce certifications are a plus)

- Minimum **4 years of hands-on experience** in Salesforce Development.

- **Advanced English (C1)** - required for client interaction.

**Location & Schedule**:

- **Remote - Mexico (based in Monterrey preferred)**

- Monday to Friday, **09:00 - 18:00 hrs**
