**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura concluida
- 7 a 10 años de experiência como encargado de recursos humanos
- Alto conocimiento en ley federal de trabajo
- Ingles avanzado

actividades
- Desarrollar, revisar y recomendar políticas y procedimientos de personal.
- Mantener y revisar el manual de políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
- Determinar los salarios y remuneraciones adecuados.
- Proporcionar los sistemas de apoyo necesarios para los requisitos de nómina.
- Realización de la administración de beneficios
- Desarrollar una inducción y capacitación adecuadas.
- Apoyar las oportunidades de los empleados para el desarrollo profesional.
- Gestión de la planificación de la sucesión del personal.
- Supervisión de los procesos de nominas
- Supervision de la capacitacion de nuevos empleados
- Supervision del departamento de relaciones laborales
- Supervision del proceso de reclutamiento y seleccion de personal
