**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Conducts internal financial and/or system audits and risk assessments. May test and document financial and computer system records for information system integrity and transaction accuracy. Reports discrepancies. Prepares audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated. Executes internal audits within established business process controls. Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and regulatory compliance agencies, if applicable and makes recommendations as appropriate. May facilitate work of external auditors during on-site visits. May require audit knowledge and skills in finance/accounting and/or information system operations.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, data analysis or related field.
- Willingness to develop effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent numerical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with co-workers and business partners.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform detailed work with supervision.
- Availability to travel, primarily to the United States (up to 10%).

**Desired Experience and Skills**:

- 0-2 years of work experience, audit and/or public company experience a plus.
- Knowledge or SAP or audit analytics software or practices a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting and audit concepts, such as internal controls, U. S. GAAP, SOX, etc. desirable.
