Conducts follow-up audits to evaluate management action plan implementation to address findings and observations of previous audits. Assists in the preparation of the draft audit report for audits or follow ups prior to review of Internal Audit Manager and/or Director. Supports special projects as requested. Such projects may include: documenting and evaluating operational processes, policies and procedures, and data analysis. May support the Company’s efforts for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Performs customary administrative tasks and responsibilities.- Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, data analysis or related field.- 0-2 years of work experience, audit and/or public company experience a plus.- Willingness to develop effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge or SAP or audit analytics software or practices a plus.- Excellent numerical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to build relationships with co-workers and business partners.- Basic understanding of accounting and audit concepts, such as internal controls, U. S.
