**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Allocate people resources in your allocated area to manage customer volumes to deliver first-class customer service
- Ensure that the area constantly meets with health, safety and hygiene standards and our health, safety and environmental policies and lead and manage the safe evacuation of all visitors in the event of an emergency
- Be the first point of contact in your area to manage and resolve customer concerns/complaints including safeguarding, escalating as necessary and supporting accident and customer complaint investigations
- Provide training, coaching and feedback to area team members to aid development and performance management, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage resources (e.g., stock) to ensure effective service to customers

**Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición**:

- Participar en la elaboración de diseño de menu para clientes de la empresa.
- Apoya a mantener al día el inventario de la materia prima.
- Decrementa costos mediante la aplicación de la gtécnica culinaria correcta.
- Realizar preparaciones previas con apoyo de su senior tech developer.
- Verificar los procedimientos estandard de cocina (excelente manejo higienico, entendimiento de distintivo H y reglas de inocuidad para con los alimentos)
- Mantenerse informado de nuevas tendencias en repostería.
- Adaptarse a los avances tecnológicos en materia de dulces y postres.
- Innovar recetas y crear nuevos platos.
- Garantizar que la producción se realice en base a los recetarios siguiendo los estándares de calidad establecidos de su centro de trabajo.

**Educación/ Titulaciones**:
Licenciatura Deseable

Funciones y responsabilidades:

- Responsable de la creación de desarrollos culinarios para todos los canales comerciales.
- Promueve el uso de productos (puntualmente de categoría Cheese y Biscuits) con clientes cautivos y prospectos.
- Responsable del entrenamiento teórico
- técnico para con el cliente en punto de venta.
- Responsable del entrenamiento del cliente en eventos de cocina.
- Participar en entrenamiento para los involucrados en cooking shows, así como asegurarse del desempeño correcto del producto.
- Otorgar soporte y seguimiento a catalogaciones puntuales para seguir contribuyendo a la demanda de los clientes.
- Apoyar de manera general al centro gastronómico en todas sus actividades.
- Apoya al Desarrollo de los peticiones de las marcas para actividades de Desarrollo.
