**Company Description**

**MSP Growth Agents LLC** is recruiting on behalf of a **fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP)** that supports businesses with **IT optimization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.**

We’re seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter (ISR)** to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule conversations for senior leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills in the **high-demand tech industry** and work directly with a top-performing U.S. sales team.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **high-performing Inside Sales Representative (ISR)** to support a leading MSP based in the USA.
This role is ideal for someone who’s competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in the tech sales industry.

As an ISR, you’ll help expand the company’s client base through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You’ll receive consistent coaching, structured training, and be part of a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

**What You’ll Do**
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the MSP’s leadership team.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Close.io, HubSpot, or similar) to manage outreach and results.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders in weekly training and strategy sessions.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Participate in team check-ins and sales culture initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**

- **Strong communication and problem-solving skills.**:

- Experience in **Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management** (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
- Comfortable working in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in VoIP or IT services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: 20,000 MXN/month
**-Bonuses**:

- $50 USD for every qualified appointment attended.
- 25% of the first month’s MRR for every deal closed.

**On-target earnings**: 40,000-60,000 MXN/month

**-Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM (Hybrid role).
**-Growth**: Ongoing sales coaching and professional development.
**-Culture**: Work directly with a U.S.based MSP, integrated through sales team, with weekly meetings, sales playbooks, and CRM access.
**-Paid Time Off**
**-Full-time contractor position (no additional benefits).**
