**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

- Collaborate with GBS & Business teams to identify, analyze and implement improvement opportunities, in order to form a strong and effective Operational Excellence team dynamic and meet our productivity savings goals.
- Leverage the right Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies (LSS, DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, Process mapping & modeling, Problem Solving, 5Why’s, 5S’s, benchmarking, etc.) to facilitate and manage improvement deliveries from GBS Teams.
- Support in the design, deployment & roll out of Regional & Global Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement programs & strategies, as well as to facilitate the local adoption of new ways of working as required (serve as an extended Global Service Excellence Team member and Point of Contact in the LA region)
- Produce data, metrics and visuals to provide visibility to track and evidence effectiveness and efficiency benefits realization & continuous improvement initiatives progress.
- Enable & support GBS teams in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of standard work (Desktop Procedures, process maps, SIPOC’s and other related documentation) in line with global guidelines and governance models.
- Conduct & facilitate ideation & problem solving workshops with cross-functional teams as well as to facilitate face-to face and remote training when required.
- Understand, review and analyze the SLA’s from all GBS teams and provide support in monitoring when required.
- To ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations and Internal Controls
- Partner with Customer Experience, Analytics and IT Teams to implement integral solutions with cross-functional applicability in GBS.
- Act as an internal consultant within GBS to promote holistic thinking, E2E perspective and standardization within GBS Teams at all times.
**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering/Business-Related field
- English proficient (written & verbal) - able to sustain business conversations fluently.
- MS Office proficient - Power Point (tables, templates, master slides, manage sections, animations, parallax slides) Visio & Excel (Macro recording, power pivot, pivot tables, charts -basic & combo-, mathematical, statistical & conditional formulas & formatting).

Preferred:

- Certification in any CI methodology or practical demonstrable experience e.g. Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt).
- Previous experience in consulting firms / Continuous Improvement Departments at other companies.

It is a Plus:

- Project Management & Agile Methodologies knowledge and / or experience
- Change Management
- Macro programming in Visual Basic, SharePoint Online, Minitab, MS Office Project, Power BI; Tableau, Power Apps

Required Experience and skillset:

- 3+ years of experience in data driven environment
- Results-driven. Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate at all levels of the Organization. Able to present & speak in front of large group of people and proven facilitation skills.
- Proven collaboration skills and people-oriented
- Ability to build consensus and commitment from others
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
