**Additional Job Description**
- Implement the People Services activities on time based onPeople Services Migration Methodsand GMS principles.
- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.
- Promote the continuous improvement in all the activities or processes to be developed.
- Implement and Standardize work procedures working with the stakeholders to obtain the required information
- Identify new areas of opportunity to provide GBS People Services along with the People Services Migration team
- Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements.
- Lead transforming process.
- Keep continuous communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve KPI integrity.
- Analytical process paperwork management
- Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished - quantitative and qualitative;
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Deal with high confidential employee information in the day-by-day activitiesd
