Review and improve flows every month
Run A/B tests and share what’s working
- Must-Haves
You've led and motivated pods of designers, copywriters, and marketing coordinators
You’ve used Klaviyo + Shopify in a real-world job
You speak and write English fluently
You’re confident leading strategy and joining client calls
You know how to organize your work, hit deadlines, and manage multiple accounts
You understand how to segment audiences and improve deliverability

Experience with AI agents and automations
Experience with SMS (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)

Pay: $41,065.00 - $65,286.00 per month
