We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Manager to join our team You'll be a key player in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive results.

- Extensive experience in lead generation and conversion strategies
- Deep understanding of how Americans think, communicate, and make decisions
- Native English proficiency with authentic American cultural understanding

We are a full-service Real Estate Company specializing in acquiring distressed properties for investment purposes. Your understanding of American consumer psychology will be crucial to our success

Job Description: As the Senior Marketing Manager you will:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to American homeowners
- Oversee our CRM operations and lead nurturing systems
- Create culturally relevant marketing messages that resonate with US property owners
- Generate detailed analytics and lead conversion reports
- Create and optimize lead nurturing sequences
- Lead digital marketing initiatives focusing on lead acquisition
- Manage virtual assistants and marketing team members

Required Qualifications:

- Raised/lived extensively in Texas or the US
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion
- Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- Advanced understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing
- Deep familiarity with American communication styles and cultural nuances
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Native-level English with authentic American communication style

Technical Expertise Required:

- Advanced lead generation strategies
- Facebook Ads and organic social media marketing
- Experience in digital marketing skills (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience with AI marketing tools
- Data analysis and reporting expertise

Bonus Qualifications:

- Real estate industry experience
- Experience marketing to US property owners
- SMS marketing campaign experience
- WordPress and landing page optimization expertise
- Google Ads certification

Compensation/Schedule:

- Full-time, remote position
- $7/hr
- Flexible schedule working with US time zones
- Natural understanding of American consumer psychology
- Proven lead generation expertise
- Strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Cultural fluency in both US and Latin American contexts

This position requires someone who can authentically connect with American property owners while working remotely from Latin America. Your understanding of American culture, particularly Texas culture, combined with your lead generation expertise will be key to success in this role.

Pay: $143.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
