**Job Purpose**:
Recruit, select and integrate personnel who meet the profile required for vacant positions, as well as train and develop the competencies of each person who is part of DANA. To provide a healthy and harmonious work environment, complying with legal and environmental requirements, thereby achieving the corresponding certifications. To achieve compliance with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
2.. Supervise activities to develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of personnel, through the appropriate selection of instructors and courses based on the detection of training needs, to improve the performance and productivity of personnel.

3.. Review that the table of skills of unionized personnel is prepared and kept updated, considering their knowledge, skills and experience to place them in the category that corresponds to them.

4.. Supervise, together with the company's leaders, the detection of staff training needs, comparing the competencies of the staff against the profiles of each position in order to develop the areas of opportunity detected.

5.. Keep track of the expiration of employees' individual employment contracts, reviewing their start and end dates for their timely renewal or termination of the employment relationship.

7.. Participate in the preparation of the annual training program, monitor its compliance and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare in order to comply with the corresponding legal aspects.

8.. Attend to labor requirements before the STPS by submitting the documentation and attending the required hearings in order to avoid fines and labor disputes.
