**Empire National is a fast growing logistics company. With headquarters offices located in USA and Operational offices in Mexico and Eastern Europe (Ukraine & Poland). We have 6 years of experience in Land, Sea and Air freight.**

**Our Expedite Logistics department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Sales & Logistics Coordinator position.**

**Requirements**:

- Career in Commerce, International Business, Internationa Relations or alike desired
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- **Must be bilingual in English: B2 level minimum, C1 preferred**:

- At least 1 year of experience in similar position
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients & drivers; develops and maintains a network and portfolio of contacts to help identify and source freight and customers
- Able to negotiate rates considering the following factors; freight and lanes, clientele, distance and driver availability
- Communicates with drivers to provide information and instruction for the assigned freight
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of drivers, between drivers and the driver manager

**What we offer**:

- Base salary
- Excellent commission program
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00am - 3:00pm / 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia (Zona Chipinque)

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
