Customer Service Specialist Ii

Responsible for providing support in selling of ADI Global Distribution products and services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Maintain Existing Customers
- Provide Excellent Customer Support
- Raise Escalations
- Work with Larger Sales Organizations
- Identify possible improvement opportunities
- Exhibit understanding of ADI Global Distribution products, systems, and procedures
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- +3 years of sales experience (retail, customer sales, B2B)
- Prior experience with advanced usage of the **English **language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced)
- Strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
