**International Company starting operations in Nuevo León is seeking a talent like you**

**Location**:
Apodaca, N. L.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate imports and exports of materials: such as raw materials, spare parts, finished products processing the necessary permits, certificates and documentation before the competent authority based on the government regulations provided in this regard.
- Imports and exports via air, sea and land.
- Integrate the files of each of the import and export operations carried out keeping the archiving of them as a requirement by law.
- Review the integration of expense accounts by the Customs Agents of each of the operations carried out verifying they are correct and documented, and make the corresponding payment requirement based on the negotiated agreements.
- Shipping and tracking of import purchase orders.
- Monitoring and control of the documentation of any process related to IMMEX operations. (Import Export).
- OEA, IVA and IEPS certification.
- Analysis and administration of the program Annex 24.
- Support suppliers and other collaborators regarding shipping guidelines overseas and across the borders.
- Ensure the availability of proper documentation and classification for shipments.
- Support engineering and maintenance on the import of machinery or special tools.
- Customs agencies management.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor’s degree in related field.

**Experience**: At least three years as Import/Export or similar in Heavy duty machine manufacturing Industry.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
foreign trade, customs law, trade code, IMMEX, Annex 24,
shipments and logistics, planning and developing.
