**Position**: Import & Export Logistics SpecialistCFMOTO Mexico is a MAQUILA model company that requires professionals to provide expertise in the area of Logistics to manage and coordinate Imports and Exports in accordance with the policies and regulations to support business operation including warehousing, transportation, customs, etc.1. Make logistics plans per business need, process the plans and follow up2. Monitor all import & export processes and organize transportations. Coordinate internally and externally (customs, logistics suppliers, forwarders and brokers), making sure regular and urgent business orders are delivered on time and with compliance.3. Control and monitoring of external service providers (customs and logistics suppliers, forwarders and brokers) and drive performance improvement. Regularly check bills and arrange payments.4. Apply, Update and Manage import and export related licenses if needed (IMMEX/PROSEC etc.).5. Operational responsibility for internal and external Customs Compliance inspections and audits to meet all related requirement.6. Maintain data base for freight cost and lead time analysis on importing and exporting. Process development and continuous improvement, focus on transportation, import/export and customs.**Qualification**:1. Bachelor's degree. International Trading, Logistics or related is preferred.2. 5 years above related work experience in automotive industry. Maquiladora or Safe Harbor companies experience is preferred.3. Strong Knowledge of logistics functions especially in customs, import and export. Familiar with the maquila model, especially the IMMEX process.4. Good communication skills, can work with diverse parties (including government dept.) independently and properly.5. Strong team player, self-starter and the ability to take initiatives, can work under pressure with multi-task capability.6. Pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.7. Fluent in English both verbally and in written. Chinese is a plus.8. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience is preferred.
