As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong leader to join our HR team as our next Recruiting Supervisor.
**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Team Leadership & People Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members
- Set performance goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and progress
- Oversee timecards, scheduling, and team-building activities
**Recruiting Operations**
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions
- Ensure all open roles are filled in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor recruiter workload and redistribute tasks as necessary
- Maintain consistency and compliance with recruiting processes and systems
**Reporting & Strategy**
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring plans
**Process Improvement & Employer Branding**
- Support the Director of Recruiting in refining standard operating procedures
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as internal mobility and retention
- Represent Tricolor at job fairs and recruiting events to promote our employer brand
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with recruiting analytics
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or other high-turnover environments is a plus
- U.S. Visa and Passport preferred (for occasional business travel)
