We are looking for a talented PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR 1stSHIFT to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our CUMMINS ENGINE COMPONENTS in CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Supervise the daily activities of production teams
- Monitoring Safety, Quality and Production Efficiency KPI’s and presenting them to Staff
- Multidisciplinary work team
- Build Effective Teams, Develop Talent, and Drive Engagement

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Experience as a Production Supervisor or Leader in Automotive Industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic English Level
- Personnel Management experience
- Solving problems tools experience
- Quality, Health & Safety High Engagement
- Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel (basic formulas)
- Availability to cover 1stshift.
- Availability to cover overtime, leave, vacation and any production requirement in different shifts.
