Responsible of leading special processes production line. Overseeing annual goals vs actual scorecard to ensure a positive trend in SPQDC metrics (Safety-People-Delivery-Delivery-Cost). Performing applicable action plans to return/maintain standards. Encourage employees to actively participate in kaizen improvements in daily basis, making them part and accountable for metrics results to increase ownership. Work in line with Supply Chain to define monthly resource planning to achieve customer’s production plan, and assure the correct chemical management, maintaining inventory accuracy and avoid expired chemicals usage. Responsible to support Continuous Improvement initiatives in the production areas. In charge of improving documentation and providing training to employees for operating system standards adherence. Daily Gemba’s execution for coaching employees on shop floor elements such as 5S, Safety, Kaizen, work with quality, layered audit to monitor quality system adherence and improve standards. Participant in Scrap reduction and productivity projects.
Experiência y requisitos
- Assure correct execution of production plans - Participate in daily and weekly production plans creation - Maintain skill matrix and training plans updated - Tier 1 execution and SPQDC board update - Maintain 6s standards in the production areas - Responsible to analyze and CA definition to main issues of the area
