Advance your career as a Source-to-Pay, Travel and Expense (T&E) Senior Manager** **in our** **Queretaro** **office.** **The Source-to-Pay, T&E Senior Manager strategically drives the evolution of the WK Kellogg Source-to-Pay & T&E processes to all WK Kellogg Co (WKKC) entities, including operating model progression, productivity plan and automation roadmap. This role provides strategic planning, consulting and guidance of key Procurement, Finance and Travel & Expenses initiatives. In addition, you will be accountable for key decisions, establishing and adjusting priorities and driving ongoing engagement and culture for the broader Finance and Procurement team and own and develop the WKKC travel policy incorporating cost, security, safety and wellbeing for travelers.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Efficiently oversee Source to Pay & T&E Operations, handling Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and Travel & Expenses operations.
- Proactively manage cost by identifying and implementing reduction and avoidance opportunities, while tracking procurement KPIs and financial metrics.
- Provide effective team leadership by supervising and mentoring a high-performance team in Source to Pay and T&E, fostering collaboration.
- Ensure strict compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating procurement-related risks and maintaining data security.
- Spearhead the adoption of advanced procurement technologies, staying updated on software and tools relevant to the field.
- Actively support and promote supplier diversity initiatives in the procurement process.
- Oversee Travel & Expenses Accountabilities, managing various aspects including Travel Policy, Citibank Card Program, Concur Expense and Travel, Expense Audit, Compliance, Control, Account Reconciliations, T&E systems configuration, and vendor reviews for WKKC.
- Manage and lead large scale projects/initiatives for the Source to Pay end to end process.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field required; Master’s degree a PLUS
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the Finance/IT strategic execution space.
- Stakeholder management and/or business-facing partner experience required.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience in several areas within the Supply Chain/Finance functions a PLUS.
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives HIGHLY preferred.
- Experience managing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) preferred.
