We have dealerships in Kelowna, Vernon, Cranbrook, Golden, Lethbridge, Kamloops area, and are always looking to grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Prepare monthly tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and post payroll all in a timely manner
- Requirements and skills:

- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in Google Workspace
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule: 9 hour shift/Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 21240, Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 21240, Mexicali, B.C.
