**Position's General Purpose**

The Plant Manager maximizes production efficiency at optimal costs while ensuring quality objectives and compliance with regulations. This role includes developing programs to reduce costs through increased productivity, promoting safe operations, and enhancing the plant's human resources.

**Reporting Structure**:This role is unique in the sense of the exposure collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing VP.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- **Experience**:8 + years in operations and department mentoring.

**Skills**
- **EHS Compliance**:Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Operational Stability**:Implement managerial systems to meet delivery expectations across various goals.
- **Forging and Machining**:

- **Forging**:Manage the process of transforming ingots into basic structures of rims using advanced molding and pressure techniques, incorporating safe work practices.
- **Machining**:Control machining operations to define the final characteristics of the rims, using CNC equipment, maintaining high safety standards.
- **Key Results**:Optimize production time and improve product strength and quality, maintaining personnel integrity and environmental respect.
- **Strategic Growth**:Develop strategies for organizational growth to meet market demands and corporate objectives.
- **Communication**:Foster interplant communication and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving and best practices transfer.
- **Project Management**:Manage CAPEX projects to ensure timely completion.
- **Employee Relations**:Develop a favorable environment for employee relations and support staff growth.
- **Financial responsibilities**:P&L, Forecast accuracy & productivity.
- **Delegation and Reporting**:Implement systems to efficiently meet customer requirements.
- **Performance Feedback**:Establish systems for feedback, incentives, rewards, and recognition based on performance.
- **Continuous Improvement Strategies**:Develop strategies to meet corporate objectives and market needs.
