Swimming Coach

ASF is seeking a **dedicated and skilled Swimming Coach** to support our student-athletes across Lower, Middle, and Upper School levels. This role includes leading and/or assisting swim groups at both recreational and competitive levels based on program needs. The coach will help develop athletes’ confidence, technique, and endurance in a safe, inclusive, and growth-minded environment.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Previous experience coaching competitive swimming
- Strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, starts, and turns
- Ability to work with swimmers of varying ages and abilities
- Strong communication, motivation, and organizational skills

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Swim coaching certification (e.g., ASCA, Red Cross)
- Former collegiate or professional swimming experience
- Conversational English proficiency

Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
