Swimming Coach

ASF is seeking an experienced and passionate **Swimming Coach** to join our Athletics and Extended Learning Division. The position focuses on developing both the skills and character of student-athletes from Lower School through Upper School. Coaches may lead or assist groups at recreational and competitive levels, depending on community demand.**Key Responsibilities**- Plan and lead swim practices emphasizing technique, conditioning, and teamwork.- Develop training plans and competition strategies.- Foster a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike team culture.- Mentor and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.- Ensure safety and well-being during all practices and competitions.- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate programs and events.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in **Physical Education** or a related field (preferred).- Relevant **coaching certifications in Swimming**and **CPR/First Aid** training (preferred).- At least 2 years of experience coaching swimming at school, club, or professional level.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- **Fluent conversational English.****Work schedule**:Monday-Thursday from 2:30-6:30 PM, Friday from 5:45-7:30 AM + competitions (which normally occur on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; overnight travel is often required for competitions out of the greater CDMX area).Tipo de puesto: Por obra o tiempo determinadoDuración del contrato: 10 mesesSueldo: Hasta $18,989.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
