After the 16 months rotation, **which will include few months in Atlanta, United States** you will be part of the EPM team** based in Guadalajara, México**. This team is responsible of the planning, procurement and execution of a project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start and a defined end, ensuring quality, scope, cost and time schedules have been respected.

Your role will drive day-to-day Project Management operations from project launch to project closing, including on-site activities management where applicable. Involved with Sidel's higher risk and medium complexity projects and acts as a coach/mentor for the rest of the PM team.

**Your Profile**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Hold a Master's Degree in Project Management or a relevant field applicable to the position.
- Have less than two years of experience since acquiring your Master's degree.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
