Project Manager Execution LAM

**Your Mission**:
**Responsible in front of its hierarchy for**:

- Drive day-to-day project management operations for all Sidel Group portfolio & integrated machinery from projectkick-off to project closing according to Project Management Process
- Drive projects with optimized margin (including add-on’s) and maximize client satisfaction.
- Feed and update the project management ERP’s
- Manage projects risks and contingencies plan
- Escalate issues to manage risks/ leverage with Sidel Group network
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Deal with complexity level assessments

**Responsible in front of the client for**:

- Match client’s needs with Sidel portfolio offer
- Ensure projects technical & QCD (Quality, cost, delivery) level in front of the client
- Provide assistance in the execution phase of the project, ensuring data collection for project manufacturing
- Ensure adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders
- Give feedback for process & quality improvement
- Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipment, piping & electrical works)
- Become voice of Sidel in front of the customer

**Your Profile**:
**General Skillset**:

- Experience in Project Management of big investment projects (Sales experience in comparable industry is a plus)
- Autonomous and proactive
- Customer oriented
- Experience in same industry is a plus.
- Attracted to work in an international environment

**Diploma / Languages**:

- University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Spanish & English proficiency, French, Italian or Portuguese other is a plus
